Hi, I’m Jedidiah (pronounced Jedi-Dye-ah, but you can call me JayD).

Enterprise AI sounds simple until security, sovereignty, latency, governance, and real production data enter the room.

I help organizations across Asia Pacific and Japan deploy AI on infrastructure they control, instead of sending sensitive data to someone else’s model. The job is part secure architecture, part getting people to use the thing, part proving it was worth the money.

Recent work: putting zero-copy sovereign AI into production with regulated enterprises, and building custom MCP integrations that connect enterprise data platforms to AI tools. What I care about is whether the system still works once real users and real auditors show up.
